What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500 pieces per item for standard accessories. Mixed-SKU consolidation lets you reach MOQ across one shipment.
How fast can you quote?
48 hours for standard items with a photo, model number or rough spec. Build-to-print quotes follow first-article confirmation.
How can I verify you are a real, capable supplier?
Four ways, all from your desk: a by-process photo gallery, a recorded shop-floor video, a certificate & document wall, and a live inspection by appointment over Zoom / WhatsApp.
How do you protect my drawings and IP?
Drawings are shared only with the workshop assigned to your PO. We run dual-source on key items and never expose a full drawing set to a single supplier. NNN / confidentiality terms available on request.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 30% deposit to start production, 70% against shipping documents. Terms are confirmed per PO.
Which markets do you serve?
We serve data-center builders and integrators in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe, with full export documentation per destination requirements.
