You deal with one engineer from first message to loaded container. Below is exactly how an order moves — including how and when you pay. No hidden stages, no surprise hand-offs.

从询盘到交货的六个步骤

1 · Inquiry

Send a photo, model number or rough spec — no drawing required to start. We log it and assign one engineer as your single point of contact.

2 · Quote in 48h

An engineer-prepared quote with unit price, lead time and Incoterms stated up front — not a vague estimate.

3 · Sample & sign-off

First article or sample approved and signed off before any mass production begins. Specs are frozen on your confirmation.

4 · PO & 30% deposit

Confirm the purchase order. Production starts after a 30% T/T deposit is received. Tooling cost (where applicable) is agreed per PO.

5 · Production & QC

In-process and final inspection per the agreed AQL plan; dimension and visual checks; photos captured for every shipment.

6 · Balance & shipment

The remaining 70% is paid by T/T before shipment. Goods are released and shipped only after full payment is received — then consolidated with full export documents and a load-out photo.

付款方式与发货规则

Payment method / 付款方式： T/T (bank wire transfer / 电汇) to the company account of 深圳森亚实业有限公司.
Deposit / 定金： 30% of order value by T/T to commence production.
Balance / 尾款： remaining 70% by T/T before shipment — we operate on a ship-after-payment (款到发货) basis: goods are released only after full payment is received.
Note / 说明： exact amounts and milestones are confirmed per purchase order. This is a general arrangement; have your contract reviewed by qualified counsel.
